Staff Conference Speech
As one of the JNCC Reps for Gwent Probation Area I was invited to make a speech at our annual staff conference held on 18th November 2005. I talked about contestability under NOMS, why we must resist it and about local industrial relations. The text of my speech follows.

Branch Calendar
The Branch Calendar will be published soon detailing branch meetings and oher planned events. The next branch meeting will be held at the YMCA Newport on Wednesday 30th November 2005 at 2pm. From 1pm there will be a buffet lunch available for attendees.
