Charles Clarke's Letter- "Bargain Basement Sell Out"
12 members from Cheshire were at NAPO AGM in LLandudno. There, we received copies of a "Bargain Sell Off" letter from Charles Clarke. It looked like the addressees should have been Securicor/Group 4/Virgin/Tesco/McDonald's/Balfour Beatty etc!
